Field Marketing Manager
Horizon Equipment, a six store John Deere dealer in southwest Iowa, is looking for a Field Marketing Manager.  Duties include but are not limited to; Training new/inexperienced Sales people to be effective Field Marketing Specialists, developing goals for field sales people, facilitate proper equipment evaluation /valuing to increase used equipment turn, utilize resources to coach field sales people to be effective product advisors to our customers. 
Requirements; Previous Ag equipment sales experience is a must!  Must be pro-active, self directed and able to coach and work directly with Field Marketing Specialists.
