RTK GPS is coming for Spring 2011. Horizon Equipment has made the investment and is currently installing RTK base stations on the west side of our trade area. These base stations will be equipped with the latest John Deere radio equipment to provide you the best quality signal to your operation. RTK GPS provides you repeatable accuracy by eliminating satellite drift. This allows you to perform tillage, plant, spray, and harvest using the same repeatable A-B line. It also provides benefits when using Swatch Control Pro and creating Field Boundaries. No more worrying about having boundaries and coverage map shift issues.
